Septic Technician

Nashville, TN

Full-time

$24-30/hr + incentive bonuses

Job Description

As a Septic Technician at Outright Septic, you'll be the face of our company, directly interacting with customers while providing essential septic services. You'll operate a service truck, perform septic tank pumping, conduct inspections, and educate customers on proper septic system maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Operate vacuum trucks to pump and clean septic tanks
Perform thorough inspections of septic systems
Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Troubleshoot common septic system issues
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
CDL license preferred or willingness to obtain one
Physical ability to perform the job (lifting up to 75 lbs, working outdoors)
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
Reliable transportation to and from work
