Septic Technician
Job Description
As a Septic Technician at Outright Septic, you'll be the face of our company, directly interacting with customers while providing essential septic services. You'll operate a service truck, perform septic tank pumping, conduct inspections, and educate customers on proper septic system maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate vacuum trucks to pump and clean septic tanks
- Perform thorough inspections of septic systems
- Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Troubleshoot common septic system issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CDL license preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Physical ability to perform the job (lifting up to 75 lbs, working outdoors)
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to and from work
