Great service

Very friendly and efficient. I for one would have had a hard time working in the heat locating, exposing and pumping of the tank. Also installed a riser but not a complaint or mention of any obstacles. Greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend.

We needed our septic system cleaned. Our technician had a difficult time locating the unit but never gave up in 100 Degree weather. He was very polite and a definitely a hard worker!

Probably the most professional company i have ever worked with when it comes to home services. Showed up on time, did it for what they said they would do it for. My guy was professional, courteous, and efficient. Had it pumped and cleaned up in 45 mins.

We were under contract and ready to close when a last minute septic report came in with a handful of issues we need to resolve quickly. Matt and the team did an amazing job by very quickly assessing the work to be done providing fair quotes and executing very quickly so we could turn around and close our deal on our house! I would highly recommend using this company for any septic services needed!

They did an excellent job! They inspected everything before they cleaned it out. I got a detailed report with pictures. The tech that did our service was fabulous and very friendly!

The service technician did a great job. He was able to locate the lid without digging up the whole top of the septic tank. He was in and out quickly and returned the dirt on top of the tank. Great job. I would highly recommend outright septic.

Matt and mason are great to work with!

Outright Septic is easy to work with. Service was scheduled promptly, communication was smooth throughout the experience.

These guys are amazing! We have a blockage, they ran cameras to find it. Immediately pumped the system. They know what they are doing! Very impressive! Thanks Matt!

We had a quick appointment scheduled. Mason came out and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done. We’ll use them again.

Mason was personable, clear and concise. Good job. Septic tank pumped. I'll recommend you folks when the opportunity arises (I have a postcard which alerted me to your service. It has a $25 off code.)

Great customer service! Super knowledgeable about their business!

I had a great experience with Outright Septic, especially Matt Rose. He came out today to diagnose and repair an issue with my septic system and grinder pump. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. It’s not often you find someone who is both technically skilled and genuinely cares about helping the customer. He got everything working again, and I left feeling confident the job was done right. If you need septic or grinder pump service, I highly recommend Matt and the team at Outright Septic. Great service from start to finish.

I would recommend these guys to Family or friends!! Would like to thank Matt for helping me and my family to afford the job that needed immediate attention. The price was very reasonable ! Mason was very professional and did great job. Also took the time to share bout the system with me and I learned couple things I didn't know bout septic systems. Recommend a product for preventative maintenance! Thanks Outright Septic,

Driver was courtesy and went straight to work. Was very pleased.

The tech showed up on time and was professional and prepared. Great price for this service

Prompt service. Great communication and very satisfied with the service!

did a great job finding the cover on the septic tank that was over 24" deep and never done before. Had a rough time digging in the heat but weathered thru it. did a great job in pumping it out and cleaning out all the junk. Would definitely recommend them for servicing. very professional. Have them coming back to add a riser to alleviate the extreme digging for next time.

Great service

Mason was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond waiting a bit when I didn’t respond to his texts and calls. (Apparently phones work better when they are not set to silent. 🙄). He was able to empty and clean the first tank but promised to come back early Thursday to dig down to the second one. Thank you so much!

On time, on price. Great service.

Matt arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and provided us with a detailed report by the end of the day. We are very happy with his service.

Matt did a great job, good communication. And actually charged me less than the originally quoted price when he saw the scope of the job was slightly smaller, I highly recommend them.
