Septic tank is now properly functioning. It was also explained to me in depth by the technician how a septic system works. Overall it was a good experience.

Professional and thorough. Their equipment is in excellent condition, and to me, that says everything about the quality of their work.

Mason was amazing. The company responded quickly, and did a very good job.

Talked with my wife at length about our system, answered questions, recommended fixes for our system with upfront pricing. It looked like it was competitive with pricing for similar services even though our system had been neglected for so long - they explained what our options were and offered us fairly priced fixes for some of our issues.. The tech was great, the online communication was prompt and thorough, the scheduling was convenient, I was honestly pleased all around with their service!

Fantastic customer service and work. Matt was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. He immediately identified my problem and let me know it would be a simple fix. The service rep was very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to be of service to us. The booking of the service call was also easy and the person on the line was courteous and friendly as well as very helpful.

It was a little difficult to keep in contact with the individual who was actually coming out to help us kept going through like service. But once we got in contact he was great. Took care of us and helped us in any way he could. I would definitely use them in the future.

There's good---- and then there's exceptional. Of all service providers of any kind we've used, Outright Septic is among the very best. Great communicators, on time, patiently showed me what I didn't know. Thorough work. I got immediate help when I called back to get replacement tank lids.

First of all, I appreciate that we were able to get the services immediately upon request. Secondly, I was not present during your representatives service, but I heard no complaints from my sister. I know we appreciate the fact that he did let us know that our septic system looked good and did not cheat us or attempt to over charge us for checking for the problem. I had my septic tank pumped. The tech and manager were great to work with. Very professional and kind. I knew exactly what they were going to do before they did it. Even when they ran into a problem they took care of everything. I highly recommend anyone that needs septic tank service to give them a call!!!! Now my septic tank is clean and they will remind me when time to service again. Worry and hassle free!

All around great experience. Pricing was clear, concise, and thoroughly explained ahead of their visit. I was notified when they were headed my way. When they arrived, they explained the process, got right to work, and finished right on time. A detailed report and invoice was sent after the visit, and payment was quick and easy. I’ve put a reminder in my calendar to have them come back in 5 years!
