did a great job finding the cover on the septic tank that was over 24" deep and never done before. Had a rough time digging in the heat but weathered thru it. did a great job in pumping it out and cleaning out all the junk. Would definitely recommend them for servicing. very professional. Have them coming back to add a riser to alleviate the extreme digging for next time.

Great service

Mason was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond waiting a bit when I didn’t respond to his texts and calls. (Apparently phones work better when they are not set to silent. 🙄). He was able to empty and clean the first tank but promised to come back early Thursday to dig down to the second one. Thank you so much!

Outright Septic placed a flyer in our mailbox. I scanned the QR code and filled out the form online. I was contacted in less than 24 hours. The pumping was done within a week and I received a text when the employee was on his way. Our tank is buried, and Mason (the tech) put the dirt back on the area and you can’t even tell that work was done in that area. We have tried for months to get a septic tank pumping company to respond to us or even show up for a scheduled appointment. The price was also very reasonable as other companies have quoted almost twice the amount for the same service. Outright Septic has outstanding customer service and does good work. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs their septic tank pumped.

Excellent communication and service. A live person answered quickly, every time I called and also received text messages to confirm when driver was in rout and when work was completed. They were able to answer all my questions and meet our same week expedited timing at a competitive rate.
