By accessing our website or hiring Outright Septic for septic services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Outright Septic provides septic pumping, inspection, and maintenance services as described in your service proposal (the “Work”). The Proposal and these Terms together form the entire agreement.

• Provide accurate site and system information
• Ensure access to the septic system on the scheduled date
• Respond promptly to service-related communications
• Obtain any permits or approvals required

All payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Outright Septic may suspend service until payment is made.

If changes to the Work are required due to inaccurate information, site conditions, or customer requests, Outright Septic may issue a revised estimate for customer approval. Verbal changes may also result in a price adjustment if acted upon.

We provide a one-year workmanship warranty. Any manufacturer warranties on third-party products (e.g., pumps) are passed through to the customer. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outright Septic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Any documents, diagrams, or materials provided remain the intellectual property of Outright Septic. You may not reuse or distribute them without written permission.

All proprietary or sensitive information shared by Outright Septic must be kept confidential and not disclosed without written consent, except as required by law.

You may not access or use this website using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other tools designed to collect data or monitor site content without our prior written permission. Any attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the structure or content of our website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Outright Septic may terminate the agreement if payment is not received or if you breach these Terms. In such cases, all outstanding fees remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
